正畸治疗牙周病72例临床效果分析

目的：观察正畸治疗用于口腔错畸形所致牙周病的实际疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法：选择72例口腔错畸形患者,其中成年组33人,青少年组39人,均同时合并牙周病,接受正畸治疗,比较两组治疗时间、患者满意度及托槽脱落情况。结果：本次研究中,成年组平均治疗时间（18±4.5）个月,青少年组平均治疗时间（15±4.2）个月,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;成年组托槽脱落率为12.12%（4/33）,满意率为93.94%（31/33）;青少年组托槽脱落率为15.38%（6/39）,满意率为82.05%（32/39）,组间差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：成年人接受正畸治疗需要较长的治疗时间,但对于任何年龄阶段的口腔错畸形所致牙周病患者,口腔正畸治疗均能获得较好疗效。

Orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease clinical effect analysis of 72 cases

Objective：To observe the actual effect of orthodontic treatment for oral malocclusion caused by periodontal disease, and evaluate its clinical value. Methods： 72 cases of oral malocclusion patients, of which 33 were adult, youth group of 39 people, all concomitant periodontal disease, orthodontic treatment were compared treatment time, patient satisfaction and brackets off the case. Results： In this study, the adult average treatment time（18±4.5） months, youth group, the average duration of treatment（15±4.2） months between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05） differences; adult Brackets shedding was 12.12%（4/33）, satisfaction rate of 93.94%（31/33）; youth group was 15.38% off the brackets （6/39）, satisfaction rate of 82.05%（32/39） between the two groups the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Adults accept orthodontic treatment requires a longer treatment time, but for ages oral malformations caused any wrong patient, orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease can get the better effect.
