原位杂交法检测结肠癌组织MMP-7 mRNA的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨结肠癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶7（matrix metalloproteinases-7,MMP-7）mRNA的表达及其与各临床病理因素之间的关系。方法采用原位杂交法分别检测手术切除的结肠癌组织和远端正常肠黏膜组织中MMP-7mRNA的表达,分析其表达与各临床病理因素间的关系。结果结肠癌组织和远端正常肠黏膜组织中MMP-7 mRNA表达的阳性率分别为64.7%和37.5%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.732,P=0.003）;MMP-7 mRNA的阳性表达率在组织学分化差、淋巴结转移、浸润较深、TNM分期较高的患者中明显增高,与组织学分化好、浸润浅、TNM分期低者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 MMP-7 mRNA在结肠癌组织中表达可能与结肠癌的浸润和转移密切相关。

Expressions and Clinical Significance of MMP-7 mRNA Detected by ISH in Colon Carcinoma Tissue

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of MMP-7 mRNA in colon carcinoma tissue.Methods The expression of MMP-7 mRNA in colon carcinoma and distant normal colon mucosa tissue were detected by in situ hybridization.Results The positive rates of MMP-7 mRNA expression in colon carcinoma and distant normal colon mucosa tissues were 64.7%and 37.5% respectively.The positive expression of MMP-7 mRNA in colon carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in distant normal colon mucosa tissue(χ2=8.732,P=0.003).The expression rates of MMP-7 mRNA in patients with poor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,deeper infiltration depth and high Dukes’ staging were increased with significant differences with that of the corresponding cases(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of MMP-7 mRNA may be closely associated with progression and metastasis of colon carcinoma.
