| 摘 要： | 目的 了解抑郁对老年高血压患者动态血压和生活质量的影响.方法 选择2008年8月～2009年10月我院收治的年龄≥60岁的高血压73例,根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)测定,分为抑郁组28例和非抑郁组45例,比较两组动态血压和非特异性生活质量(SF-36)量表评分.结果 抑郁组全天平均收缩压、舒张压及白昼、夜间平均收缩压、舒张压均显著高于非抑郁组,差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).抑郁组SF-36评分总分及8个维度得分均低于非抑郁组,差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).结论 抑郁严重影响老年高血压患者的血压和生活质量,临床医生应予以重视,及早识别和干预. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of depression on blood pressures and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 73 elderly patients with hypertension were divided into two groups,and blood pressure and SF-36 scores were compared between the above two groups.Results The blood pressure of depression group were significantly higher than those of control group and the quality of life of depression was worse than those of control group.Conclusion Depression can significantly affect blood pressure and the quality of life of the elderly hypertives,and physicians should pay great attention to it.Early diagnosis and treatment are important. |
