细胞毒因子在肾小球疾病中的作用

本实验应用结晶紫染色法，检测了５０例肾小球疾病病人血和尿的细胞毒因子水平及治疗前后该因子的动态变化。结果显示，在活动性肾小球疾病及难治性肾病综合征、尿素症晚期经血液透析治疗的病人，血、尿中该因子水平不同程度增高；而治疗后随疾病的缓解和治愈，细胞毒因子水平逐渐下降至恢复正常。该结果提示：细胞毒因子在肾小球疾病的发病中具有明显的致病作用，与肾损伤密切相关；可根据该因子的动态变化，判断疾病的发作与缓解，

The Role of Cytotoxic Factor in Glomerulopathy

he level of cytotoxic factor in the plasma and the urine from 50 patients with glomerulopathy andthe dynamic change of its activity in pro-and-post treatment were examined by crystal violet stain. Theresult manifested that the activity of the factor increased in the active glomerulopathy,intractablenephrotic syndrome and the late stage of uremia treated by hemodialysis. After treatment the level of cy-totoxic factor decreased gradually to normal with the remission and recover of these diseasses. The pre-sent data suggested that cytotoxic factor played a significant role in the occurance of glomerulopathy andhad an intimate relation to renal lesion. According to the dynamic change of the factor,therefore,it hasan important clinical significance in the glomerulopathy prognosis.
