消瘿散结汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗Graves病随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察消瘿散结汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗Graves病疗效。[方法]采用随机方法,将30例患者平均分为对照组与治疗组,每组15例。对照组采用常规剂量甲巯咪唑治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上同时采用中药汤剂内服,4周为1个疗程,共4个疗程。并在每个疗程末采用血流多普勒超声检查为30例患者测量双侧甲状腺上动脉收缩期最大血流速度(PSV),并将检测的结果进行比较。[结果]治疗后治疗组双侧甲状腺上动脉收缩期最大血流速度(PSV)降低值高于对照组。[结论]消瘿散结汤联合甲巯咪唑治疗Graves病疗效满意。

Xiaoying Decoction Combined Treatment with Methimazole Graves Disease a Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective]To observe the Xiaoying Decoction combined treatment with methimazole Graves disease curative effect.[Methods]Random method,30 patients were divided into control group and treatment group,15 cases in each group.The control group using conventional doses of methimazole treatment,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally,4 weeks for 1 courses,4 courses.And in each treatment by flow Doppler ultrasound examination at the end of 30 patients was measured superior thyroid artery peak systolic flow velocity(PSV),and the detection results are compared.[Results]After treatment in treatment group of bilateral superior thyroid artery peak systolic flow velocity(PSV)lower value than that of the control group.[Conclusion]Xiaoying Decoction combined treatment with methimazole Graves disease curative effect satisfaction.
