成年男性抑郁、躯体化与自杀态度的相关性研究

目的探讨成年男性抑郁、躯体化与自杀态度的关系。方法采取随机抽样方法对326名成年男性,使用抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale,SDS）、症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90）、自杀态度问卷（questionnaire of suicide attitude,QSA）进行测评,对测评结果进行统计学分析。结果重度抑郁占0.9%,躯体化阳性占20.2%,成年男性对自杀行为的态度主要集中在矛盾或中立态度。不同文化程度、独生子与否、家庭月收入情况等在SDS、QSA得分上均有统计学差异（P〈0.01）。抑郁总分与躯体化、自杀态度得分呈显著性相关（P〈0.01）。结论成年男性的自杀态度与抑郁密切相关。

Relationship of Suicide Attitude,Depression and Somatization in Adult Males

Objective To explore the relationship of attitude towards suicide, depression and somatization in adult males.Methods A total of 326 men were evaluated by Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Symptom Checklist （SCL- 90）,Suicide Attitude Questionnaire （QSA）.Results 0.9% subjects had severe depression and 20.2% had somatization. The adult males＇ attitude toward suicide focused on contradictions or neutral.The SDS and QSA scores in the subjects with different education backgrounds, as singleton or not different family incomes were significantly different （P〈0.01） . The scores of depression and somatization, suicide attitude were significantly correlated （P%0.01）.Conclusion The adult males＇suicide attitude has close relationship with depression.
