Ilizarov骨短缩-延长术治疗胫骨大段骨缺损合并软组织缺损的临床疗效

目的:探讨Ilizarov骨短缩-延长术治疗胫骨大段骨缺损合并软组织缺损的临床效果.方法::选取95例胫骨大段骨缺损合并软组织缺损病人为研究对象,按手术方法分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=47),其中对照组采用Ilizarov骨搬运治疗,观察组行Ilizarov骨短缩-延长术治疗,分析2组病人的手术指标及临床疗效.结果:观察组病人的住院时间、骨缺损愈合时间及创面闭合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组临床治疗总有效率为97.9%,明显高于对照组的83.0%(P<0.01);观察组病人术后感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:Ilizarov骨短缩-延长术治疗胫骨大段骨缺损合并软组织缺损临床疗效显著,术后并发症少,术后骨缺损愈合时间较短,有助于病人快速康复,值得临床推广应用.

Effect of Ilizarov bone shortening-lengthening in the treatment of the tibia complicated with soft tissue defect

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Ilizarov bone shortening-lengthening in the treatment of the tibia complicated with soft tissue defect. Methods:Ninety-five patients with tibia complicated with soft tissue defect were randomly divided into the observation group(48 cases) and control group(47 cases). The control group was treated with Ilizarov bone transport,and the observation group was treated with Ilizarov bone shortening-lengthening.The operation index and clinical curative effect between two groups were compared.Results:The hospital stay,and healing time of bone defect and wound closure time in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.01).The clinical total effective rate in observation group(97.9%) was higher than that in control group(83.0%)(P<0.05).The postoperative infection rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Ilizarov bone shortening-lengthening in the treatment of the tibia complicated with soft tissue defect has good effect,less complication and short healing time of bone defect,which can quicken the recovery of patients,and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
