护理干预对中晚期恶性肿瘤病人生存质量的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对中晚期恶性肿瘤病人生存质量的影响.方法:选择2011年1月至2015年1月110例中晚期肿瘤病人,按照病人入院时间分为对照组和干预组,各55例.对照组病人住院期间接受常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预.采用焦虑抑郁量表、数字分级法、癌症病人生命质量通用量表评价2组病人在焦虑、抑郁、癌痛程度和生活质量的差异.结果:干预前,2组病人的焦虑、抑郁评分和癌性疼痛程度及生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).给予护理干预后,干预组病人的焦虑、抑郁评分和平均癌痛程度、最严重癌痛程度、生活质量各项评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01).结论:给予恰当的护理干预措施可明显改善中晚期恶性肿瘤病人焦虑、抑郁心理,明显改善病人癌痛自我控制水平和生活质量.

Effect of nursing intervention on the survival quality of the advanced malignant tumor patients

Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the survival quality of the advanced malignant tumor patients.Methods:One hundred and ten patients with advanced malignant tumor from January 2011 to January 2015 was divided into the control group and intervention group according to the admission time(55 cases each group).The control group was nursed with the routine means,and the intervention group was nursed with the nursing intervention based on the routine nursing.The anxiety,depression,level of self-controlled for cancer pain and life quality in two groups were evaluated using the hospital anxiety and depression scale,barriers questionnaire,functional assessment of cancer therapy-general.Results:Before intervention,the differences of the scores of the anxiety,depression,cancer pain and quality of life between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,average and sever degree of cancer pain,and quality of life in intervention group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05~P<0.01).Conclusions:The suitable nursing intervention can effectively relieve the degree of anxiety and depression,and improve the self-control level of the cancer pain and life quality.
