关节腔臭氧注射联合康复治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的:探讨关节腔臭氧注射联合康复治疗对膝骨关节炎的治疗效果.方法:选取80例膝骨关节炎病人,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用康复治疗,观察组在此基础上加用臭氧注射治疗,比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)情况、Lequesne指数变化情况以及治疗效果.结果:2组治疗后VAS评分、Lequesne评分均有所改善,观察组评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.01).结论:关节腔臭氧注射联合康复治疗能减轻膝骨关节炎病人疼痛程度,对病人膝关节功能具有一定的改善作用.

Clinical observation of the joint cavity ozone injection combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of joint cavity ozone injection combined with rehabilitation therapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods:Eighty knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method(40 cases each group). The control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group were additionally treated with ozone injection based on the control group. The VAS pain scores,Lequesne index and therapeutic effects between two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,the VAS score and Lequesne score in two groups increased,the increasing degree of which in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P <0. 01). The effective rate in observation group(90. 0%) was higher than that in control group(65. 0%)(P<0. 05). Conclusions:The joint cavity ozone injection combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is good effect,which can relieve the pain of patients, and improve the knee function of patients to a certain degree.
