盐酸右美托咪啶对老年腹腔镜手术病人术后疼痛及早期认知功能的影响

目的:观察盐酸右美托咪啶对老年腹腔镜手术病人术后疼痛及早期认知功能的影响.方法:选取实施腹腔镜手术的老年病人78例,按照随机数字表法将病人分为观察组和对照组,各39例.对照组应用0.9%氯化钠注射液,观察组应用盐酸右美托咪啶.观察2组病人手术情况、治疗前后疼痛评分、术后简易智力状态检查量表评分、不良反应发生情况及血氧饱和度.结果:2组病人手术情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组病人术后12 h、48 h以及72 h后的疼痛视觉模拟评分均明显低于对照组病人(P<0.01);观察组病人术后6 h、24 h及72 h后的简易智力状态检查量表评分均明显高于对照组病人(P<0.01);观察组病人不良反应发生率(15.38%)明显低于对照组(61.54%)(P<0.01).结论:老年腹腔镜手术病人应用盐酸右美托咪啶可有效减轻疼痛,减少术后相关不良反应发生率以及认知功能障碍,对病人术后认知功能有很大的改善作用.

Effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride on the postoperative pain and early cognitive function of elderly patients treated with laparoscopy

Objective:To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride on the postoperative pain and early cognitive function of elderly patients treated with laparoscopy.Methods:Seventy-eight elderly patients treated with laparoscopy were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table(39 cases each group).The observation group and control group were treated with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride and 0.9% sodium chloride solution,respectively.The operation situation,pain score before and after treatment,postoperative MMSE score,adverse reactions and oxygen saturation in two groups were observed.Results:The difference of the operation condition between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The VAS scores 12 h,48 h and 72 h after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The MMSE scores 6 h,24 h and 72 h after operation in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group(15.38%) was significantly lower than that in control group(61.54%)(P<0.01).Conclusions:The dexmedetomidine hydrochloride can effectively relieve pain,reduce the postoperative incidence of adverse reaction and cognitive dysfunction of elderly patients treated with laparoscopy,which can greatly improve the postoperative cognitive function of patients.
