经输尿管镜碎石术后留置输尿管支架管的必要性研究

目的:探讨经输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石术后留置输尿管支架的必要性.方法:因单纯性输尿管中下段结石行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术104例,术后未留置支架(A组)52例,留置支架(B组)52例,比较2组病人的年龄、性别、结石大小、手术时间以及术后腰部疼痛、血尿、下尿路症状、尿路感染、术后结石清除及术后输尿管狭窄发生率.结果:2组术后腰部疼痛、下尿路症状、尿路感染、血尿、结石清除及输尿管狭窄发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:经输尿管镜碎石术治疗单纯性输尿管中下段结石不留置输尿管支架管是安全可行的,临床工作中视具体情况决定.

Study on the necessity of indwelling ureteral stent after ureteroscopic lithotripsy

Objective:To investigate the necessity of indwelling ureteral stent after middle-lower ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Methods:One hundred and four middle-lower ureteral calculi patients treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy were divided into the group A(52 cases,non-indwelling ureteral stent) and group B(52 cases,indwelling ureteral stent). The age,sex, stone size,operative time,postoperative pain,lower urinary tract symptom,gross hematuria,urinary tract infection,stone clearance rate and occurrence rate of postoperative ureteral stenosis between two groups were compared. Results:The differences of the postoperative pain,lower urinary tract symptom, urinary tract infection, gross hematuria, stone clearance rate and occurrence rate of postoperative ureteral stenosis between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). Conclusions:Non-indwelling ureteral stent in middle-lower ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy is safe and feasible, which can be decided according to the concrete conditions in clinic.
