新辅助化疗FOLFOX方案和FP方案对进展期胃癌的疗效对比分析

目的 对比分析新辅助化疗奥沙利铂+5-氟尿嘧啶+亚叶酸钙(FOLFOX)方案和5-氟尿嘧啶+顺铂(FP)方案对进展期胃癌的疗效.方法 选取进展期胃癌患者87例,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为A组(新辅助化疗FOLFOX方案治疗,n=44)和B组(FP方案治疗,n=43).比较两组患者的疗效和不良反应发生情况.结果两组患者的近期临床疗效及治疗总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);A组患者的骨髓抑制、周围神经反应发生率高于B组患者(P﹤0.05);A、B两组患者的手术情况及总手术切除率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).结论 新辅助化疗FOLFOX方案与FP方案治疗进展期胃癌的疗效相当,且不良反应可以接受,值得临床推荐.

Evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy FOLFOX regimen vs FP regimen in advanced gastric cancer

Objective To compare the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy FOLFOX regimen (oxaliplatin+fluoro-uracil+leucovorin) in comparison with the FP regimen (fluorouracil+cisplatin) in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Method 87 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided as group A (neoadjuvant chemotherapy FOLFOX regi-men, n=44) and group B (FP regimen, n=43). The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Result The short-term efficacy and overall response rate of the two groups were similar (P>0.05);high-er incidence of bone marrow suppression and peripheral neurotoxicity was observed in group A compared to group B (P<0.05);the surgery measures and overall resection rate were of no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen FOLFOX may offer comparable efficacy compared to FP regimen, with acceptable incidence and severity of adverse reactions.
