儿童偏头痛与肥胖的相关性研究

目的:探讨肥胖对儿童偏头痛发作次数和严重程度的影响.方法 :选择83例儿童偏头痛病人,按相对体质量指数分为正常体质量组、超重组和肥胖组.比较各组偏头痛的特征和伴随症状(先兆、畏声、畏光、恶心和呕吐),分析肥胖与偏头痛持续时间、发作次数以及严重程度之间有无相关性.结果 :偏头痛儿童肥胖的患病率为15.7%.肥胖组比正常体质量组偏头痛发作次数更多(P<0.05).各组之间偏头痛的严重程度和持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).相对体质量指数和偏头痛发作次数呈正相关关系(P<0.05).肥胖对偏头痛伴随症状无明显影响.结论 :肥胖与儿童偏头痛发作次数有相关性,应重视早期预防和治疗.

The correlation study between migraine and obesity in children

Objective:To investigate the effects of obesity on the frequency and severity of migraine attack in children. Methods:Eighty-three children with migraine were divided into the normal weight group,overweight group and obesity group according to the body mass index. The characteristics and accompanying symptoms(omen,awesome sound,photophobia,nausea and vomiting) of migraine between three groups were compared. The correlation between obesity, and the duration, frequency of attack and severity of migraine were investigated. Results:The prevalence of obesity in children with migraine was 15. 7%. The migraine attack in obesity group was more than that in normal weight group(P<0. 05). The differences of the headache severity and duration between three groups were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). Relative body mass index was positively correlated with the number of attacks(P<0. 05). Obesity did not significantly affect the accompanying symptoms of migraine. Conclusions:Obesity is related to the frequency of migraine attack in children,and the early prevention and treatment should be emphasized.
