盐酸罗哌卡因与甲磺酸罗哌卡因用于分娩镇痛的比较

目的比较盐酸罗哌卡因-芬太尼与甲磺酸罗哌卡因-芬太尼两种麻醉药用于分娩镇痛的临床效果，为临床选择麻醉药提供依据。方法选择2008年1月～2010年1月在我院自愿接受分娩镇痛的足月、单胎、头位的初产妇160例，随机分为A、B两组；分别以0．15％盐酸罗哌卡因一芬太尼和0．18％甲磺酸罗哌卡因进行分娩镇痛。对镇痛评分、下肢肌力、产程、分娩方式、药物用量、产妇满意度及新生儿1～5min Apgar评分进行比较。结果两组麻醉药用于分娩镇痛中的镇痛效果、产程、器械助产率、剖宫产率、缩宫素用量、产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分等差异无统计学意义。结论两组麻醉药用于分娩镇痛，临床效果无统计学意义。国产甲磺酸罗哌卡因更经济，更适合于在基层医院使用。

Comparison of the effect of Ropivacaine Mesylate and Ropivacaine Hydrochloride in labor analgesia

Objective To compare ropivacaine and fentanyl and Ropivacaine Mesylate fentanyl two kinds of anesthetics for labor analgesia,provide the basis for clinical choice of anesthetics.Methods From January 2008 to January 2010 selected in our hospital to accept voluntary labor analgesia term,singleton,head position 160 primipara,were randomly divided into A,B group by 0.15%,ropivacaine hydrochloride-fentanyl and 0.18% mesylate ropivacaine for labor analgesia.The pain scores,muscle strength of lower limbs,labor process,mode of delivery,drug dosage,maternal satisfaction and neonatal 1-5 min score of Apgar were compared.Results Two groups of anesthetics for analgesia during childbirth analgesia effect,labor,equipment delivery rate,the rate of cesarean section,uterine contraction in dosage,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar score was no difference.Conclusion Two groups of anesthetic for labor analgesia,no significant clinical effect.Homemade Ropivacaine Mesylate,more economical,more suitable for use in hospitals.
