胃癌淋巴结转移与预后的关系

目的：探讨胃癌淋巴结转移与预后的关系，为胃癌的手术治疗提供依据。方法：回顾性分析2000年-2004年间住院并行手术治疗的胃癌患者361例，建立数据库用SPSS13．0统计软件分析。结果：Logistic多因素回归分析显示胃癌肿瘤大小、浸润深度与淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．01）；Kaplan—Meier生存分析显示淋巴结转移与胃癌预后相关（P〈0．05）；而在相同浸润深度时，淋巴结转移与胃癌预后无关（P〉0．05）。结论：对于浸润深度相同，而淋巴结转移程度不同的胃癌，积极手术治疗能取得同样的治疗效果。

Relation between lymph node metastasis and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer

Objective ：To investigate the relation between lymph node metastasis and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer, and provide clues for the therapy of gastric cancer. Methods： We retrospectively reviewed the clinico- pathologic data of 361 patients who underwent surgical resection for gastric cancer in our hospital during 2000 and 2004. Then we established the database with the SPSS 13.0 and analyzed it. Results： The Logistic multifactorial analysis showed ：the tumor size and the infiltrating depth were the independent factors affecting the metastasis of the lymph nodes（P 〈 0.01 ）;Kaplan -Meier survival monofactorial analysis showed：lymph node metastasis was realated with the prognosis of gastric cancer（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;but in the same invasion degree, it was not realated with the prognosis of gastric cancer（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： For the patients of gastric cancer with the same invasion degree but different lymph node metastasis,we can get the same prognosis for active theapy.
