老年人围手术期死亡84例分析

目的：了解老年人围手术期死亡原因及相关因素，总结防治方法。方法：回顾性分析84例65岁以上老年人围手术死亡原因。结果：围手术期死亡与病情估计、全面查体、手术时机、术式把握、手术操作失误和术后并发症的发生或处理不当等因素相关。结论：提高对老年患者病情复杂多样、耐受性差、危险性高的认识，全面分析病情、减少失误、防止并发症是减少医源性纠纷，降低病死率的关键。
