| 摘 要： | 目的 观察苯巴比妥负荷量分次给药治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(NHIE)的疗效.方法 回顾性总结了71例NHIE的临床资料,所有患儿均采用分次给予苯巴比妥负荷量(20mg·kg-1·d-1半量)进行治疗.结果 71例患儿中69例(97.2%)得到较好的治疗效果,2例分别因合并中度硬肿及肺出血,呼吸衰竭死亡.结论 苯巴比妥负... |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of phenobarbital semi-dose loading neonate with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(NHIE).Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of 71 patients with NHIE;all the patients were given phenobarbital with fractional loading for treatment.Results 69 patients(97.2%) of total 71 got better treatment,2 patients were death because of respiratory failure.Conclusion Phenobarbital semi-dose loading can better control the seizures,playing a role in the treatment of NHIE,and will not cause respiratory depression. |
