| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护士心理一致感对职业倦怠的影响.方法 采用心理一致感量表(SOC-13)及职业倦怠量表对苏州500名护士进行问卷调查.结果:护士心理一致感的3个维度与职业倦息的3个维度均显著相关,且前者对后者有预测作用.结论:重视培养与挖掘护士的心理一致感,制订针对性的干预措施,可有效缓解职业倦怠. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of sense of coherence on job burnout of nurses.Method Five hundred nurses in Suzhou city were investigated with the Orientation to Life Questionnaire(OLQ-13) and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI).Results There were significant correlations between the factors of sense of coherence and burnout.The sense of coherence was a significant predictor of burnout.Conclusion It is suggested to pay close attention to nurses' sense of coherence and take proper interventions to enhance it,and... |
