| 摘 要： | 为了配合"主诊医师负责制"的医药卫生制度改革,实行了"主责任护士负责制",即以主责任护士护理组为基本工作单元,由1名主责任护士带领组内成员全面负责患者的治疗、护理活动.实行此方法之后,增强了护理工作的连续性、及时性和完整性,使护士自身价值得到体现、医护配合更加紧密,提高了医生及患者对临床护理工作的满意度.认为足够的护理人员编配、简化护理文书、主责任护士的整体素质的提高是该种方法成功施行的关键. |
