| 摘 要： | 来用工作场所暴力调查表2008版量表,明确医院急诊护理人员工作场所暴力的现状.针对工作场所暴力发生的原固,经过改造环境、改进流程、加强护理人员培训和管理、加强医院辅助支持系统、加强患者和家属的教育和管理等一系列措施,有效预防和减少了工作场所暴力的发生率. |

| Abstract: | The prevalence of workplace violence among nurses in emergency department was investigated by a questionnaire survey.For the causes of workplace violence,a series of coping strategies,such as modifying physical environment,improving work flow,strengthening nurse training and management,enhancing hospital support system,stregthening education and management of patient and relatives,could effectively reduced the prevalence of workplace violence. |
