| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨康复治疗对脑卒中患者上下肢运动改善的疗效分析。方法：对符合入选标准的58例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行康复训练并利用Fugel-Meyer及ADL评定方法,对其效果进行评价。结果：脑卒中患者康复治疗前后比较：Fugel-Meyer评分由（15.64±14.62）分上升至（67.51±26.12）分。ADL由（8.04±12.63）分上升至（58.92±26.42）分。结论：康复运动的应用是改善脑卒中偏瘫患者上下肢功能的一种有效的治疗方法,可显著促进患者上下肢功能的改善,疗效明显优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the role of rehabilitation in motor function of upper and lower extremities for the patients with hemiparalysis after stroke. Method：According to the inclusive criterion , 58 patients with hemiparalysis after stroke was treated with rehabilitation exercise. Using Fugl- Meyer assessment（FMA）and ADL for the outcome measures. Result： Evaluate on the effects of rehabilitation therapy on poststroke hemiplegic patients before and after treatment o Fugl - Meyer Assessment Score from （ 15. 64 ± 14. 62） up to （67.51 ± 26.12） o Score on in Fugl - Meyer from （8.04 ± 12.63） up to （58.92 ± 26.42）. Conclusion： Rehabil- itation exercise applied to patients with hemiparalysis after stroke can obviously improve function of upper and lower extremities. The improvement in the rehabilition group was better than the control group. |
