球结膜松弛矫正术的疗效分析

目的：探讨球结膜松弛矫正术治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ级球结膜松弛症的疗效.方法：回顾分析本院2006年1月至2009年12月11例（16眼）经球结膜松弛矫正术手术治疗的Ⅲ～Ⅳ级球结膜松弛症患者,从肿胀或沉重感,疼痛,溢泪,眼红,视疲劳,瘙痒,视力模糊/下降,烧灼感,异物感,瘢痕形成等方面评价其疗效.结果：11例球结膜松弛症患者手术治疗后,除了结膜瘢痕外,由重度结膜松弛症引起的各种症状均得到改善,有效率达85%以上.无术中或术后并发症发生.术后随访6月～ 3年,未见复发.结论：球结膜松弛矫正术能很好地切除多余结膜组织,解除泪道的阻塞环节,固定结膜,加深穹窿,恢复正常的眼表泪液存储与排泄功能,明显改善不适症状,治疗效果好.

Clinical outcomes of surgical correction for conjunctivochalasis

Objective： To investigate the outcomes of surgical correction for grades Ⅲto Ⅳ conjunctivochalasis. Methods： Data of eleven patients （16 eyes） who received surgical correction for grades Ⅲ to Ⅳ conjunctivochalasis between January 2006 and December 2009 in our centre were retrospectively reviewed. Evaluation of treatment outcomes was performed with considerations to swelling or heavy eyelids, pain, tearing, red eye, visual fatigue, itching, blurred or reduced vision, ocular burning, foreign body sensation and scarring. Results ： In the 11 cases, surgical correction for conjunctivochalasis improved all symptoms related to severe disease except scarring （ rate of response 〉 85 % ）. No complications during or after operation were reported. None of the cases had relapsed conjunctivochalasis during the follow-up for 6 months to 3 years. Conclusion： Surgical correction for conjunctivochalasia may have favorable outcomes in removing the excess conjunctiva, relieving lacrimal duct obstruction,fixing loosened conjunctiva, deepening the conjunctival fornix, restoring normal storage and secretion of surface tears, and substantially improving patient discomforts.
