| 摘 要： | 目的对黄芪甲苷的研究概况进行综述,为黄芪甲苷的深入研究提供依据。方法通过阅读近5年来70余篇相关文献报道,从黄芪甲苷的药理活性、理化性质、含量测定方法、药动学和组织分布以及提取精制工艺等方面对其目前的研究概况进行综述。结果黄芪甲苷具有免疫调节、器官保护、降糖、调节细胞凋亡、抗炎、抗病毒及生殖毒性等多方面的药理作用。结论为黄芪甲苷药用的开发提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the researches on the astragaloside Ⅳ,one of the main active constituents of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao or A.membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.,and provide the basis for its further research.Methods Papers published mainly in the recent 5 years had been reviewed including the pharmacological activity,physical and chemical property,content determination,pharmacokinetics and purification,etc.Results The astragaloside Ⅳ was reported to have the immune regulation,organs protection,hypoglycemic,apoptosis regulation,anti-inflammatory and anti-virus effects.The reproductive toxicity effect of astragaloside Ⅳ was reviewed for the first time.Conclusions This review provides a useful reference for the pharmaceutical application of astragaloside Ⅳ. |
