乳腺癌化疗患者健康教育需求探讨

目的探讨乳腺癌化疗患者健康知识需求情况。方法选择226例住院化疗患者填写调查问卷,并根据调查结果,实施有效的健康教育。结果患者对健康知识需求主要集中在化疗方法及效果,不良反应及并发症防治,出院指导,心理支持与疏导等几个方面,需求率高(96.6%~79.2%),并评价宣教前后健康知识认知程度差异有非常显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌化疗相关知识需求评估在健康教育中起重要作用,能提高患者化疗相关知识水平和自我保健能力。同时使患者积极配合化疗,提高治疗效果。

Health education requirement in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy

[Objective] To approach the education requirement in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy. [Method] 226 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy were investigated with questionnaire and accepted effective health education on the base of the results. [Results] The major requirement concentrated on chemotherapy's choice and effect,adverse reaction and complications' prevention and care,discharge guide, psychic support and guide, and so on.The require rate was high (96.6%~79.2%). Significant difference was shown in patients' health cognitive knowledge between before and after health education. [Conclusion] The health knowledge education with breast cancer chemotherapy is important,because it can improve patients' chemotherapy correlation knowledge and self health care capability,while it make patients active cooperate chemotherapy and improve therapeutic efficacy.
