支气管哮喘的临床治疗

目的探讨支气管哮喘的临床治疗。方法临床观察105例支气管哮喘患者治疗情况,给予吸氧抗炎等支持对症治疗,并予氨茶碱静滴解痉平喘,统计临床疗效及治疗过程中药物的不良反应。结果痊愈56例,占53.33%,好转42例,占40%,无效7例,占6.67%,总有效率达到93.33%。不良反应有心律失常3例,占2.86%,恶心呕吐2例,占1.90%,失眠6例,占5.71%。结论临床使用氨茶碱疗效肯定,但存在不良反应,与患者年龄、原有疾病相关,探索更为合理的治疗方法,从根本上解决支气管哮喘,防止症状发作,是临床努力的方向。

Clinical treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To study the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods Clinical observation of 105 cases of patients with bronchial asthma treatment,giving oxygen support symptomatic treatment such as anti-inflammatory,and aminophylline static drop spasmolysis and asthma,statistic clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions in the process of treatment.Results 56 cases were cured,53.33%,improvement in 42 cases,accounted for 40%,7 cases,accounted for 6.67%,total effective rate reached 93.33%.Adverse reactions are arrhythmias（3 cases）,accounting for 2.86%,nausea and vomiting in 2 cases,accounted for 1.90%,insomnia,6 cases（5.71%）.Conclusion Clinical curative effect on use of aminophylline,but exists adverse reactions associated with patients’ age,original disease,to explore a more reasonable treatment,fundamentally solve the bronchus asthma,to prevent the onset of symptoms,is the direction of the clinical work.
