中药残渣对季铵盐消毒剂杀菌试验的影响

目的研究中药残渣对中药季铵盐复合消毒剂杀菌试验的影响。方法选择保留中药残渣和去除中药残渣的同种季铵盐复合消毒剂进行悬液定量杀菌试验,观察该两种复合消毒剂的杀菌试验效果。结果保留中药残渣的复合消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌作用2min,杀灭对数值为4.21;去除中药残渣的复合消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌作用2min,杀灭对数值为4.27;该两种复合消毒剂对大肠杆菌作用2min,两者的杀灭对数值均达到≥5.00。结论中药残渣对中药季铵盐复合消毒剂的杀菌试验无明显影响。结论中药残渣对中药季铵盐复合消毒剂的杀菌试验效果无明显影响。

Effect of chinese medicine residue on the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant germicidal test

Objective to acquaint the effect of the residues of Chinese medicinal herbs on the bactericidal assay of the quaternary-N solution soaking the Chinese medicinal herbs.Method to select the solutions with the residues and no residues and test their disinfecting effect by quantitatively bactericidal assay.Results Outcome 4.12 is the bactericidal logarithm value of the solution with the residues to Staphylococcus aureus for 2 minutes.4.27 is the solution with no residues.5.00 or more than 5.00 is the bactericidal logarithm value of the solutions with the residues or no residues to E.coli for 2 minutes.Conclusion the residues of Chinese medicinal herbs have no effect on bactericidal assay of the quaternary-N solution soaking the Chinese medicinal herbs.
