糖尿病患者外科手术的围手术期护理干预

目的分析护理干预对糖尿病患者外科手术的围手术期的影响。方法选取2011年2月至2013年1月在我院进行了外科手术治疗的糖尿病患者80例,并将其随机分成对照组和治疗组两组,对照组40例患者手术后采取常规护理方法,治疗组在进行常规护理的基础上进行系统的护理干预。仔细观察两组患者的护理效果,并比较两组患者的差别。结果治疗组患者的恢复快于对照组,将两组的数据对比进行统计学分析,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论对进行外科手术的糖尿病患者进行系统的护理干预可以有效减少并发症的发生,促进患者的术后康复,可以在临床上广泛推广。
