特发性间质性肺炎经支气管镜肺活检组织中TGF-β1的表达及其意义

目的通过了解TGF-β1在IIP肺组织中的表达和分布,探讨TGF-β1在不同类型特发性间质性肺炎发病中的作用及其意义。方法选择较典型的IIP经支气管经肺活检组织（蜡块）重新切片,并通过免疫组织化学方法观察了TGF-β1在IIPs不同组织类型肺组织中的表达。结果 TGF-β1在各组中表达强度依次是：DI P〉RBILD〉UI P〉AI P〉NSI P〉COP〉LI P〉正常对照组。TGF-β1的表达水平①DIP、RBILD最高、于UIP、NSIP、LIP、COP、AIP及正常对照组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）,DIP、RBILD两组检差异不显著（P〉0.05）。②UIP组高于AIP、NSIP、COP、LIP、正常对照组（P〈0.05）。③AIP组高于COP、LIP组和正常对照组（P〈0.05）,与NSIP组比较差异不显著（P〉0.05）。④NSIP组高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,与COP、LIP组比较表达强度差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。⑤COP组高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,与LIP组比较表达强度差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。⑥LIP组与正常对照组比较表达强度差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论①TGF-β1在IIP肺组织中的表达高于正常肺组织。②TGF-β1在不同类型IIP肺组织中的表达强度不同。③DIP和RBILD肺组织中的表达强度明显高于其他类型。

The expression and significance of TGF-β1 in bronchoscopic lung biopsy of Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonia

Objective To discuss the function and significance of TGF-β1 in different types of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia pathogenesis,through the understanding of the expression and distribution of TGF-β1 in IIP lung tissues. Methods To select and re-slice bronchial pulmonary biopsy （paraffin blocks） of more typical IIP,and observe the ex- pression of TGF-β1 in different histologic lung tissues using immunohistochemistry methods. Results order of expres- sion intensities of TGF-β1 in various groups is as follows ： DIP〈 RBIL15〉 UIP〉 AIP〉 NSIP〉 COP〉 LIP〉 normal control group. Among the levels of expression ofTGF-β1. ODIP,RBILD are the highest, there is an obvious difference compared to UIP,NSIP,LIP,COP, AIP, as well as the normal control group （P 〈0.05）, and the difference between DIP and RBILD groups is not obvious （P〉0.05）. （2） UIP group is higher than AIP,NSIP,COP,LIP,and normal control group （P〈0.05）. （3） AIP group is higher than COP,LIP and the normal control group （P〈0.05） ,no significant difference can be seen compared with NSIP group（P〈0.05）. （4） NSIP group is higher than the normal control group （P〈0.05） ,and no significant difference can be seen compared with COP and LIP groups （P〉0.05）. （5） COP group is higher than the normal control group （P〈0.05） ,and no significant difference can be seen compared with LIP group （P〈0.05）. （6） no significant difference can be seen compared with LIP group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion （l） The expression level of TGF-β1 in the IIP lung tissues is higher than normal lung tissues. （2） The expression intensities of TGF-β1 in different types of IIP lung tissues are different. （3） The expression intensities of DIP and RBILD lung tissues are signifi- cantly higher than those of other types.
