| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨宫颈LEEP锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析自2006-01～2007-01因宫颈上皮内瘤样病变行宫颈LEEP锥切术的患者172例,对比研究阴道镜下多点活检和宫颈LEEP锥切术的病理结果,观察宫颈锥切术中及术后并发症.结果 阴道镜下多点活检和宫颈LEEP锥切术的病理结果完全符合率为58.72%;宫颈LEEP锥切术的主要并发症为出血.结论 宫颈LEEP锥切术在诊断和治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变中具有重要价值,并发症少,治愈率高. |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical significance of treatment of cervical epithelial tumor- like lesion with LEEP cone resection. Methods 172 cases of such patient from January 2006 to January 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. The pathology results of multipoint biopsy and LEEP cone resecting were compared and complication during and after operation were observed. Results The coincidence rate of multipoint biopsy and LEEP cone resecting results in pathology was 58.72%. The main complication of this method was bleeding. Conclusion The cervical LEEP cone resection might be important in cervical epitheccal ttrmorlike lesion with less complication and high curative effect. |
