| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨依达拉奉联合东莨菪碱治疗急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的疗效.方法 80例DEACMD患者,分为对照组(常规治疗组)和治疗组(依达拉奉联合东莨菪碱治疗组),治疗前、后分别对患者进行临床疗效、脑电图分析.结果 治疗组临床症状及脑电图改善明显高于对照组,两组之间差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 依达拉奉联合东莨菪碱治疗性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病有一定疗效. |
