| 摘 要： | 对7例Kimura淋巴腺病进行临床病理,免疫组化和透射电镜研究。提示本病多见青年,为颈头区无痛性肿块,以多量嗜酸性细胞侵润和滤泡高度增生为特点,T细胞和肥大细胞IgE阳性,嗜酸性颗粒呈中心低密度,肥大细胞颗粒失去卷毛样结构。本文示Kimuras病与伴嗜酸细胞性血管淋巴组织增生(ALHE)在病理,治疗上有差异。

| Abstract: | A clinicopathologic, immunohistochemical and transmissionelectron microscope study of 7 cases of Kimura's disease was performed. The disease mainly involved young people with unpainfully nodular lesions at the head and neck region, showing a distinctively histopathological feature of numerous lymphoid follicles with salient germinal center and numerous eosinophils infiltrtion. T cell (T-uchl-1) and IgE of mast cells were positive. The crystal grain in the eosinophils presented in faint density in its center. The granules of mast cells trend to dissolvingits whorl-like structure. It showed that there were differences in pathology and treatments between Kimura's disease and angiol-ymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia(ALHE). |
