成都市流动人口艾滋病相关知识干预效果评价

目的为政府和艾滋病防控部门制订预防干预措施提供参考依据。方法以成都市流动人口为目标人群,采用艾滋病防治知识问卷对4 072人进行基线调查,实施综合干预措施,对干预效果进行评价。结果干预前后调查对象除"对预防艾滋病责任的认识"和"了解艾滋病防治知识重要性的认识"两个条目差异无统计学意义外,其余11个条目差异均有统计学意义(P≤0.001)。结论对成都市流动人口实施艾滋病宣传教育综合干预措施非常有必要,有助于提高艾滋病防治知识整体水平和遏制艾滋病的流行。

Intervention effect evaluation on AIDS knowledge of floating population in Chengdu City

Objective To provide basis for government and AIDS control authorities in formulating prevention and intervening measures.Methods Take the floating population in Chengdu as objective population,do baseline survey for the 4 072 persons by AIDS control knowledge questionnaire,implement comprehensive intervening measures,and evaluate the intervening effect.Results 11 items had statistical differences(P≤0.001) after intervening except for items of "knowledge on the responsibility of preventing AIDS" and "knowledge on the importance of understanding AIDS preventing and control knowledge".Conclusions It's necessary to implement AIDS propaganda education and other comprehensive intervening measures for floating population in Chengdu,which could improve the overall level of AIDS prevention and control knowledge,and control the epidemic of AIDS.
