| 摘 要： | 双向执行反馈体系是职能部门的一种团队运作模式,组建职能部门联席会议,就是为职责、分工各不相同的职能部门搭建沟通、交流的平台。通过职能部门联席会议的形式,将职能部门整合成一个具有共同目标、高度协作精神的运作团队,切实提高执行力。
