摘    要:目的:筛选垂体腺瘤中p16基因的突变。方法:对无p16基因纯合性的肿瘤及其血标本进行单链构象多态性分析。结果:30例标本中未见p16基因第一和第一外显子迁移率改变。结论:垂体腺瘤p16基因的表达缺失与基因突变无关。

Abstract:Objective:: To screen the mutations of p16 gene in pituitary adenomas.Methods: Single-strand conformation polymorphism(SS- CP) techique was used to screen the mutations in exonl and 2 of p16 gene in pituitary adenomas which was not detected pl6 gene homozygous deletion by southern blot. Results: SSCP analyses for mutations in exon 1 and 2 of pl6 was performed in 30 normal-tumor DNA pairs and no mobility shift was detected in any of these samples. Conclusion: The loss of protein expression of p16 gene in pituitary adenomas was not related to the mutation of p16.
