铜绿假单胞菌分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:了解院内铜绿假单胞茵(PA)感染和耐药情况。方法:收集本院2008年8月-2009年7月分离的铜绿假单胞茵(PA)369株,按《全国检验技术操作规程》要求操作,用VITEK-32全自动细菌分析仪进行鉴定及药敏分析。结果:369株铜绿假单胞菌标本中痰液为最多占215株,其次为伤口分泌物占89株。铜绿假单胞茵分布以呼吸科最多占41.81%,其次为重症监护病房(ICU)占28.36%。药敏结果显示敏感率:分别为亚胺培南81.28%,美洛培南80.32%。头孢哌酮/舒巴坦80.51%,哌拉西林,他唑巴坦78.65%,阿米卡星72.63%,头孢他啶68.88%。其余抗生素耐药情况比较严峻。结论:PA的耐药性已十分突出,对于PA感染应在药敏指导下用药,选择敏感性强的药物,避免耐药菌株的产生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the drug resistance to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Collected 369 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa derived from the clinical infection from August 2008 to July 2009 were analyzed according to the requirements described in the National Regulations on Clinical Laboratory Operations. The bacteria and the drug resistance was analyzed were identified by the automated microbial analyzer VITEK-32. Results Among 369 eases of infected species (Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated),sputum sample occupied the first place(n=215),followed excreta (n=89). Pseudomonas aeruginosa was distributed inmost clinical departments, mostly in department of respiratory diseases (41.81%), followed in ICU (28.36%). Drug susceptibility test showed the sensitivities were as follows: imipenem (IPM81.28%), mem(80.32%),cefoperazone/sulbactam(SCF)80.51%.piperaeillin/tazobactam(TZP) 78.65%.amikacin(AK) 72.63%.eeftazidime (CAZ)68.88%.Drug sensitive rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem ,mem, piperaeiUin/tazobactam.drug resistance is austerity to the odd antibiotic.Conclusion The drug resistanee of PA is highly prominent. Antimicrobial treatment with PA infection should be guided by drug sensitivity test. choose a high-sensitive medicine and avoid bacteria produce drug resistance
