海洛因依赖者脂蛋白(a)和血脂的改变及其临床意义

目的··:研究海洛因依赖者脂蛋白 (a)[Lp(a)]及血脂的异常改变并探讨其临床意义。方法·· :随机抽取住院病人57例 (观察组 )及同期门诊体检者59例 (对照组 ) ,检测Lp(a)及血脂。所得数据进行统计学分析。结果··:观察组Lp(a)水平为210.8mg·dl-1±s88.8mg·dl-1,对照组为172.4mg·dl-1±s72.4mg·dl-1 ,两组差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01) ;血脂检测观察组TG、TG/HD高于对照组 (P<0.01) ,TCH、HDL -C低于对照组 (P<0.001) ,LDL -C、VL -ch稍低于对照组 ,相差无显著性意义。结论··:海洛因依赖者Lp(a)及血脂多项指标与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 ,提示吸毒者存在脂质代谢障碍 ,并可能成为导致临床上海洛因依赖者心血管疾病、脑血管疾病及周围血管疾病等并发症的众多因素之一

CHANGESOF Lp(a) AND BLOOD

Objective: To study the change of the serum level of lipoprotein (a)(Lp(a))and blood-lipoids of heroin addicts and its clinical significance. Method: Lp(a) and blood-lipoids of 57 heroin addicts were tested and compared with those of the normal controls'(n=59).The data were statistically analyzed. Result: Compared with the normal controls', the serum level of Lp(a) of heroin addicts increased significantly(210.8 mg·dl-1±s 88.8 mg·dl-1,172.4 mg.dl-1±s 72.4 mg·dl-1 ,P<0.01);TG and TG/HD were obviously higher (P<0.01),but TCH and HDL-C were lower (P<0.001); LDL-C and VL-ch were approximately the same(P>0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant difference in Lp(a) and blood-lipoids between heroin addicts and the normal controls, which shows that there exists a lipodystrophy in heroin addicts. The abnormal serum level of Lp(a) and blood-lipoids is possibly one of the various factors causing angiocardiopathy, cerebrovascular diseases and peripheral vascular diseases.
