| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了我院自１９８５年开展纤维胆道镜检治疗４１例肝内外胆管结石疾患的体会，总结了其临床应用的方法和疗效．作者认为纤维胆道镜应用于胆管结石术中、术后具有确定残存结石的部位、数量，减少残余结石发生亭和结石复发率和减少再次胆道手术机会等．而且操作简单． |

| Abstract: | he biliayy tract fibrescope is used to fund out and take off bilestone for 54 Times on 41patients suffering from bilestone in and out of the liver.The author introduces the methodand result of the treatment.It shows that the fibrescope can see clearly the change of the bil-iarg tract and the stone.It shows that we can decrease the rate of the residual bilestone andthe recurring stone,and avoid reoperation of biliary tract.The arthor emphasizes that thebiliary tract fibrescope should be used during operation and postoperation of the biliary tractdiseases. |
