| 摘 要： | 目的：建立植物天胡荽与破铜钱中总黄酮含量的测定方法，同时测定并比较两种植物中总黄酮含量的差异。方法：用70％乙醇85～90℃加热回流提取药材中的总黄酮，并以芦丁为对照品，用分光光度法在510nm处测定其含量。结果：植物天胡荽样品中总黄酮含量为4．1077mg／g，破铜钱样品中总黄酮含量为14．0273mg／g。结论：两种植物中总黄酮含量有较大差异，天胡荽样品中的总黄酮含量为破酮钱的29．28％

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method on determination of total flavones in Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam. and Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam. Var. batrachium(Hance)Hand.-Mazz.ex Shan, determinate and compare the contents of total flavones in two plants.Methods:The total flavones are extracted with 70% CH 3CH 2OH and determinated by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, compared with rutin standard. The detective wavelength was 510 nm.Result:The content of total flavones is 4.107 7 mg/g in Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam.,and 14.027 3 mg/g in Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam. Var. batrachium(Hance)Hand.-Mazz.ex Shan.Conclusion:The content of total flavones is greatly different in two plants. |
