| 摘 要： | 目的：通过分析脑中风（脑出血、脑梗塞）患者发病时脉压和脉压（PP）／平均动脉压（MAP）比的关系，探讨以上两种参数预测脑中风危险性方面的优缺点。方法：选取脑出血、脑梗塞病例各108例，入院时首次测定的血压（不受治疗因素影响），计算PP、PP／MAP，并与年龄、性别匹配的102例健康者（健康对照组）的PP、PP／MAP进行比较。结果：脑中风两组的PP、PP／MAP显著高于健康对照组（P均〈0．01），脑中风两组PP、PP／MAP分布频率与健康对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。PP〉60mmHg者的脑出血和脑梗塞发病危险性分别是PP〈60mmHg者的5倍（OR=5，95%可信区间为2．6～9．5和OR=3，95％可信区间为1.7～5．4，P〈0．01）。PP／MAP〉0．4者脑出血和脑梗塞发病的危险性分别是PP／MAP≤0．4者的8倍（0R=8，95％可信区间为4．2～15．4和OR=4，95％可信区间为2．1～6．5，P均〈O．01）。结论：PP、PP／MAP都与脑出血和脑梗塞的关系密切，两种参数有较强一致性，都可以用于评价脑中风发病的危险性，PP／MAP更优于PP。
