儿科护士心理状况及原因分析

目的 调查分析儿科护士心理健康状况及其相关因素,为实施针对性干扰措施提供依据.方法 采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对60名儿科护士进行心理健康测评,分析影响因素.结果 60名儿科护士从SCL-90得分情况分析,其躯体化、强迫、抑郁和人际关系敏感因子SCL-90阳性项目数得分明显高于成人科室护士（P〈0.05）, 而敌对、恐怖、精神病性与成人科室护士比较则无明显差异.结论 儿科护士心理健康状况较成人科室护士差.结果 与儿科的工作性质、工作环境给护理人员心理带来的压力有很大的关系.对出现的心理障碍应及时有效地干预,以保证护理人员的心理健康,更好地提高护理质量.

Mental health status of pediatric nurses and related factors

Objective ： To investigate and analyze the mental health status of pediatric nurses and related factors. Methods： SCL-90 was adopted to test and appraise mental health of 60 nurses in the pediatric section and influential factors were analyzed. Results ： SCL-90 scores of positive items including somatization, compulsion, depression and interpersonal sensitivity of 60 nurses of pediatric section was significantly higher than those of the nurses of adult sections （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The nurses of the pediatric section, whose poor mental health is highly related to the pediatric nature of work and working environments have pressure on their psychology, which should be timely and effectively interfered to ensure nurses ＇ mental health and improve the quality of care.
