重症肝炎血清胆碱酯酶水平与预后探讨

目的探讨重症肝炎血清胆碱酯酶水平与预后。方法对我科近期住院的54例重肝患者入院后,应用日立7060自动化分析仪检测患者CHE水平,分析CHE水平与病死率的关系。结果随胆碱酯酶的活力降低,病死率呈增高的趋势。当CHE>4000U/L时,病死率为16.7%,而当CHE<1000时,病死率达71.4%。结论CHE的变化与重肝病情的严重程度密切相关,作为重肝评估病情及判断预后的指标之一,值得在临床中加以应用。
