纤维蛋白胶抗生素复合体治疗锐性伤深部创口C-反应蛋白变化研究

摘    要:目的探索纤维蛋白胶抗生素复合体治疗深部创口的C-反应蛋白变化情况.方法采用临床病例对照研究方法进行研究.结果(1)试验组和对照组在性别分布、平均年龄、创口大小、受伤与手术的间隔时间基本相同(P〉0.05),试验组和对照组具有可比性;(2)试验组组内除了术后18d和24d外,术后不同时间内C-反应蛋白均不同(P〈0.05),术后24h因手术C-反应蛋白最高,以后随着治疗时间延长,C-反应蛋白逐渐下降;(3)试验组和对照组术后24h、术后48h和术后24h C-反应蛋白差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),其余不同时间试验组和对照组C-反应蛋白有差别(P≤0.005),试验组C-反应蛋白均比对照组低.结论我们研制的纤维蛋白胶抗生素复合体治疗深部创口有较好的临床效果,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益,值得推广使用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of C-reactive protein in healing deep wound of sharp injury by fibrin glue antibiotic complex. Method We adopted the clinical case-control study method to study it. Results Firstly, the test group and control group had the comparability due to they were the same in the gender distribution, average age, wound size, interval time of injury and operation (P 〉 0.05 ). Secondly, the C-reactive protein of the test group was different after different surgery time (P 〈 0.05) expect 18 days and 24 days after surgery, in 24 hours was highest, then lengthened along with the treatment time, the C-reactive protein gradually descending. Thirdly, the C-reactive protein of the experimental group and control group had no statistical significance between 24 hours and 24 days after surgery (P 〉 0.05) , the other had statistical significance (P ≤0.05) , the C-reactive protein of the experimental group was lower than control group. Conclusions The fibrin glue antibiotic complex developed by us has good clinical effect in healing deep wound. It would have good social and economic benefit, so it' s worth promoting the use.
