| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性肝病患者红细胞(RBC)参数和血小板(PLT)参数变化与临床意义。方法检测208例慢性乙肝患者和40例健康者RBC参数(RBC计数、RDW、MCV)和PLT参数(PLT计数、PDW、PCV),并进行统计分析。结果慢性肝炎重度RBC、RDW(P<0.05)、PLT(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著性差异;慢性重型肝炎和肝硬化RBC、RDW、MCV、PLT、MPV,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 RBC参数和PLT参数可反映慢性肝病肝损程度和病情轻重。
