| Abstract: | With the gradual in-depth restructuring of hospital,hospital system continued to mature,the Party organizations building work has drawn increasing attention in society.We believe that in the current important historical period of social transition,the hospital culture construction is facing enormous challenges.This article started from the new problems and challenges the hospital is facing.Author explored the role of Party organizations building in the culture construction of hospital. |
