| 摘 要： | 目的探索椎管内硬膜外注射得保松对椎间盘源性腰痛的治疗效果。方法选择椎间盘源性腰痛患者分成两组，每组38例。A组采用椎管内硬膜外注射得保松（复方倍他米松）和1％利多卡因；B组采用卧床休息，理疗，口服止痛活血化瘀药物。结果椎管内硬膜外注射得保松治疗椎间盘源性腰痛较保守治疗组有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论椎管内硬膜外注射得保松治疗椎间盘源性腰痛效果显著，治疗方法简单，安全可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutical effect of Compound Betamethasone via spinal epidural injection on discogenic low back pains. Methods Patients with diseogenie low back pain were randomly divided into two groups with 38 patients per group. Group A patients were treated with CompoUnd Betamethasone and 1% Lidoeaine via spinal epidural injection, group B rested in bed, and took orally drug of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and physical treatment. Results There were significant dif- ferences between A group and B group for therapeutic effect（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Compound Betamethasone via spinal epidural in- jection may provide effective pain relief in patients with discogenic pain ,and is simple and safe. |
