Skp2、P27和CyclinE在宫颈癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系

目的探讨宫颈浸润癌组织中Skp2、p27和CyclinE的表达及相关性,以及与临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测70例宫颈癌中Skp2、p27和CyclinE的表达,并分析三者的表达与宫颈癌临床病理因素及预后的关系,同时探讨三者在宫颈癌中表达的相关性。结果①Skp2和CyclinE在宫颈癌中的阳性表达率分别为57．1％和64．3％,并随着肿瘤分化程度的降低表达增高（P〈0．05）,与浸润深度、脉管浸润、淋巴结转移显著相关（P〈0.05）,与年龄、临床分期、癌灶大小无关（P〉0．05）。两者的高表达5年生存期明显低于其低表达（P〈0．05）。P27在宫颈癌中的阳性表达情况与以上两者相反。②Skp2、CyclinE和P27呈负相关（P〈0．01）;Skp2和CyclinE呈正相关（P〈0．01）。结论Skp2和CyclinE蛋白高表达可能是宫颈组织恶变的重要生物学标志,Skp2、CyclinE高表达,伴P27低表达提示肿瘤的高侵袭性及不良预后。

Expressions of Skp2,P27 and CyclinE Proteins and Their Correlations with Clinicopathological Features of Invasive Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To learn the expression of Skp2,p27 and CyclinE in the lesions of invasive cervical carcinoma（ICC）,and their relationships with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of this certain disease. Methods Expressions of Skp2,p27 and CyclinE were measured by immunohistochemical technique in 70 cases invasive cervical carcinoma.In addition,the relationship of Skp2,p27 and CyclinE expression with clinieopathologieal features and prognosis of ICC was then analyzed. Results ①The Skp2 and CyclinE positively expressed rate in ICC was 57.1% and 64.3%.The expression increased as the tumor differentiation decreasing. The expression of Skp2 and CyclinE had strong correlation with the tumor infltrating depth,intravascular involvement and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）, while no obvious relationship with age,clinical stage or tumor size（P〉0.05）. The 5-year survival rate of ICC in positive Skp2 and CyclinE higher expressed group was remarkably lower than those of lower expressed group,which indicated a strong relationship of Skp2 and CyclinE expression with cervical carcinoma prognosis（P〈0.05）. The P27 expression in cervical carcinoma in the opposite situation with the Skp2 and CyclinE. ②The interrelation of Skp2,P27 and CyclinE protein expressed in ICC：the Skp2 and CyclinE expression in cervical carcinoma had negative correlation with P27 expression（P〈0.01）. There was strongly positive relation between Skp2 and CyclinE expression in ICC（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Over expression of Skp2 and CyclinE along with low expression of P27 may indicate higher invasive tendency of tumor and poor prognosis.
