Application value of serum bilirubin and uric acid in diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the application value of serum bilirubin and uric acid(UA) test in clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Fifty four patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in Chiping District People’s Hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study group,and 54 medical examinees who underwent healthy physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.The serum bilirubin and UA levels of the two groups were compared.The study group was given coronary angiography,and the patient’s lesions were evaluated according to the scoring criteria.Results The levels of DBiL,TBiL and IBiL in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the level of UA in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of DBIL,TBIL and IBIL in the study group gradually decreased with the aggravation of coronary artery stenosis,while the level of UA in the study group gradually increased with the aggravation of coronary artery stenosis,and the differences between different degrees of coronary artery stenosis were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of heart failure in the study group was 48.15%,which was significantly higher than 7.41% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The test of serum bilirubin and uric acid could provide a good reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease,with higher clinical application value.
