摘    要:目的探究不同栀子品系间果实中栀子苷、西红花苷Ⅰ、西红花苷Ⅱ的变化规律。方法栀子粉末甲醇溶液采用迪马Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈?水,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长栀子苷238 nm,西红花苷Ⅰ、西红花苷Ⅱ440 nm。结果在7月下旬至10月上旬间,各栀子品系的栀子苷含量均呈逐渐降低的趋势,但在成熟后期,变化规律具有一定差异。3个栀子品系的西红花苷Ⅰ、西红花苷Ⅱ的含量均随着果实的成熟,呈上升趋势,其中8至10月增长最为迅速。结论不同栀子品系果实中有效成分的累积规律具有一定差异,渝栀1号的适宜的采收期为12月上旬,渝栀2号和4?1号应为11月中旬。

Abstract:AIM To explore the content variations of geniposide,crocetinⅠand crocetinⅡamong different Gardenia jasminoides Ellis strains.METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of the powder of G.jasminoides was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with acetonitrile?water as the mobile phase flowing at 1 mL/min for gradient elution.The detecting wave?length for geniposide was set at 238 nm,and for crocetinⅠand crocetinⅡwere 440 nm.RESULTS From late July to early October,geniposide in all strains were observed to be gradually decreasing in content,but certain differences existed in the late maturity period.CrocetinⅠand crocetinⅡof the three G.jasminoides strains all showed to be with content elevation along with the maturity of the pods,whose fastest growing was found in August to October.CONCLUSION The existing content variation phenomema for the biologically active components,gardenoside,crocinⅠand crocinⅡ,in different G.jasminoides strains suggest that,early December is the ideal harvest time for Yuzhi No.1,and mid?November is for Yuzhi No.2 and No.4?1 collection.
