2008年吉安市肺结核流行病学现状调查分析

目的：了解2008年吉安市肺结核病流行状况,探讨本市肺结核控制策略。方法：对吉安市2008年肺结核监测系统报告资料进行流行病学分析。结果：2008年吉安市肺结核报告发病例数为6293例,发病率为134.91/10万,死亡率为0.82/10万,男女发病例数之比为2.62：1,发病年龄最小为1岁,最大的为85岁,发病的主要年龄为15岁以上,共4513例;农民发病人数为最多,发病例数为4836,其次为民工和家务人员,分别为319例和226例;有6020例进行了痰检,痰检阳性2829例,270例未进行痰检,3例进行痰培养均为阳性。结论：肺结核是本市流行较严重的传染病之一,发病的高发人群为农村青壮年男性和老年人,提高发现率和疫苗接种率是控制结核病至关重要的工作。
