| 摘 要： | 本文报道并急性梗阻的直肠癌24例占同期直肠癌的12.5％。其中行急诊 Miles 手术3例,低位前切除吻合1例。仅1例发生会阴切口感染。作者认为对直肠癌并急性梗阻者,只要情况允许,肿瘤尚可切除者,应力争作一期切除术,以免延误病情使肿瘤扩散甚至失去手术机会及承担再手术的痛苦和精神,经济负担。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reported 24 cases of rectal cancer with acute obstruction whichaccounted for in 12.5% the rectal cancer homothronously.The three cases wereundertaken a miles resection and one dixons resection in emergency and therewas only one case of them with an infeective complication of the perineunwound.So,authors suggested that the tumor should be removed if the patient's condition is good enough and the tumor can be removed to avoid losing the sective chance of the sufferings and econimical burden from the secondary operation |
